PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The data you provide will be processed in accordance with the obligations of Law 179/2017 on Whistleblowing.

DATA PROCESSED
The platform Segnalazioni.net of Frantoio Fondovalle S.r.l. collects only your registration data and those communicated in the reports. Among the data you voluntarily provide, the following personal data may be collected:
Name, email address, identification document, contents of the reports. Your personal data, related to the profile are not directly visible in the report.

MANDATORY CONFERMENT OF DATA AND CONSENT
Please note that, taking into account the purposes of processing as explained above, the provision of your registration data (nominative email address and identification document) is mandatory and their failure to provide results in the impossibility of creating a whistleblower (reporting entity) recognizable in the system. Please note that the legislation requires that the whistleblower be recognizable in order to make use of the protection regime granted to him.
Therefore, consent to the processing of data by means of a check mark is essential for registration (if required).
Regarding the consent of the subject reported or any subjects involved in the report, the processing of personal data is also lawful without the consent of the person concerned, as necessary to pursue a legitimate interest of the Controller, Considering that the latter’s interest in combating unlawful conduct prevails, on the interests and rights of the person reported.

DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The processing will be carried out with computer and telematic tools with organizational logic and processing strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case in order to guarantee security, the integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the organisational, physical and logical measures provided for by the applicable provisions. Please note that your personal data provided in the registration form (name email address and identification document) are separate from any reports you may have and that the association of your identity with the report can be made exclusively by "Manager" responsible for managing the reports (RPCT, OdV, etc.).

STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data relating to alerts are stored and maintained for as long as necessary in order to comply with the alert management procedure and kept on file.

RIGHTS OF THE REPORTING PERSON
You may, at any time, exercise the rights:
• access to personal data;
• to obtain the rectification or deletion of the same;
• revoke the consent, where provided: the revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation; the revocation of the consent results in the impossibility to access your profile, you will still be able to view the alerts via their codes; however, there is no revocation in case the processing is necessary to fulfil a regulatory obligation to which the controller is subject;
• to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (Garante Privacy).

COOKIES
No personal data of users is implicitly acquired by the platform.
We do not use cookies for the transmission of personal information, nor do we use persistent cookies to track users.
We use only technical cookies to the extent strictly necessary for the correct and efficient use of the platform. The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable safe and efficient platform exploration.
